Reiki is a japanese word meaning "universal spirit" and "vital life force."

It is an ancient technique used to relax, reduce stress, and promote healing. There are different types of reiki and each type has many levels of strength and capability. While reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion and does not require a change of your belief systems. It serves people of any faith.

Kundalini Reiki
